Associate Consultant

Direct Response Technologies is currently looking for a consultant to add to our Client Services. We are looking for applicants who are driven, career-focused, and have demonstrated an ability to work autonomously. Successful employees within the Client Services Department have demonstrated the ability to quickly master our products both functionally and technically.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and assistance for clients using our products and services
• Respond to client’s needs via e-mail and phone
• Regular interaction with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance for goal accomplishment
• Collect and organize internal information for special projects and needs assessment
• Prioritize customer needs based on revenue potential and follow up accordingly
• Multi-task several client needs at once
• Acquire and maintain detailed knowledge of all Direct Response supported products
• Provide information cross-functionally to other departments to assist with key organizational changes

Experience:

• Previous work in technology industry
• Application product support experience
• Project management experience a plus
• Previous consulting experience a plus
• API integration a plus
• Affiliate marketing experience a plus

Knowledge/Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Understanding of HTML/PHP/SQL, a plus

Education:

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience
