Sales Executive

Responsibilities and Goals

The Sales Executive is responsible for managing and mentoring a team of seasoned sales professionals to generate new business from large enterprise clients, in particular, large advertising agencies and large brand name merchants.  Generating new business from both U.S. and international-based companies, the key goal of the Sales Executive team is to acquire large enterprise clients that will generate long-term revenue growth for DRT, while moving the company into new markets. The ideal candidate will stay “ahead of the game” when it comes to recognizing the most recent developments in the fast-paced, ever changing online marketing industry. 

Key Target Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales management
  • 5+ years of inside or outside sales
  • Sales process management at every selling step to measure and guarantee production
  • Technical or web-based application sales or sales management is highly desirable
  • Experience selling to large enterprise clients
  • Experience selling into international-based companies
  • Experience cold calling at every level of an organization
  • Technical and Internet experience is a must

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Solid understanding of online marketing and internet technologies
  • Creativity in prospecting for U.S.-based and international leads
  • Training new and experienced salespeople to produce greater results
  • Management techniques to mentor team members for consistent production
  • Strong working knowledge of personal computers, e-mail and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with webcast software (Go-To Meeting) a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Travel Requirements:

Ability and willingness to spend upwards of 40 days per quarter traveling and participating in trade shows and industry events and client sales meetings.
